I put the STREET Oil Vitalizer in my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500, 5.7 Hemi with 145k miles on it. I gave it about 3 days of use before I really tried anything. First I noticed the Truck idled smoother and quieter. When using my remote start it took less effort for the engine to turn over. Then the fun began. I was getting on the highway and decided to give it a go... I was pleasantly surprised. There was definitely a HP increase with smoother acceleration. I am unclear if it just restored lost HP or added to it, but either way, my truck is way faster now. I wish I had taken it to a dyno to give a more empirical result. Still, 10/10 fully recommend!!!
