VPO Inc. Monthly Giveaway - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor: The VPO Inc. Monthly Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by VPO Inc., located at 1510 W Mineral King Ave, Visalia, CA 93291 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

3. Contest Period: The Giveaway begins on the first calendar day of each month at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on the last calendar day of the same month at 11:59:59 PM PT (the “Contest Period”). A new Giveaway will begin each month.

4. How to Enter: To enter, visit vpoperformance.com and complete the multi-step pop-up form. Enter your valid email address and phone number into the designated fields and click "Enter to Win" or the equivalent submission button. Upon successful submission of both your email address and phone number, you will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway for that month’s Contest Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person per month. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded each month. The Grand Prize consists of:

• Four (4) 16oz bottles of VPO Liquid Boost™ Oil Vitalizer (winner may select formulas based on availability).

• One (1) VPO branded hoodie.

• One (1) VPO branded hat.

• One (1) VPO sticker pack.

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $300.00 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the first five (5) business days of the following month from all eligible entries received during the prior month's Contest Period. The potential winner will be notified via the email address submitted at the time of entry.
The potential winner will be required to respond to the notification within five (5) days to claim their prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required time period, an alternate winner may be selected in a new random drawing.

7. General Conditions: By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. You also agree to receive promotional and marketing emails from VPO Inc. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive marketing text messages (such as promotion codes and cart reminders) from VPO Inc. at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time without affecting your entry. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or any other error or problem that may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway.

9. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at vpoperformance.com/privacy-policy.

10. Winner's List: For the name of the monthly winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: VPO Inc. Monthly Giveaway Winner's List, 1510 W Mineral King Ave, Visalia, CA 93291. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the end of the Contest Period.
